1. “What’s a common myth about Independent Artists and can you debunk it?”
2. “What advice would you give to someone wanting to enter the music industry?”-
I would say do it, it is always great to follow your dreams and if music is calling to you, it should be something you do! There are so many ways to make and release music now so it’s a good time to do your own thing!
3. “Are there any resources or even advice that have really helped you on your journey?”
The advice that has helped me the most was to go ahead wear a mask, it made it very helpful for me being able
to express who I am without putting more added pressure on myself.
4. “What has been your biggest accomplishment in your career thus far?”
Releasing my first full length album is for sure the biggest accomplishment!

6. “What led you to becoming a singer-songwriter?”
Singing and songwriting has been something I’ve been doing since the 7th grade, once
I learned basic guitar, writing songs was something that allowed me to put music
and melodies to some poetry I had written. And after that I just continued on!
7. “What do you think is your unique skill(s) that has helped you become successful?”

It has been full of a lot of learning, trying, trying again, making mistakes, and trying again and again and again.

This project started after the ending of a band I had been in…I had wanted to get back to songwriting and
recording music and it was the perfect opportunity to do that. I wrote a few songs and recorded them as acoustic demos. Once I got into the studio with my producer Billy Mohler the songs started to take form and shape in a new way. I released Fade (Rainy Day Demo) as a video and single and that began the project.
10. “What makes this project different from “past projects?”
The songs and the recordings are very different from past bands I have been in, past projects were much heavier and more produced sounding.
11. “What’s the inspiration behind this project?”
It’s more or less inspired by life and things around me both past and present. Memories and nostalgia mixed with day to day situations.

No shows booked yet but hopefully soon. I will be writing more and recording more and
hope to release more music soon.
15. “Many people believe that becoming a musical artist is challenging to the point it
becomes overwhelming and too much to handle. Why do you think people believe that?”
I think there are a lot of steps to releasing music on your own that can make it easy to get overwhelmed.
The pressures of keeping up on social media also adds a whole new unique challenge too.
But releasing music, performing live, or recording songs is also so much fun, so even with all the other challenges it is worth it!

My favorite word is alpenglow

I am not good at being outgoing, I think I am too much of an introvert

Probably would be to speak with animals.

Maybe an apple. They grow on trees and I really love trees, also they need cooler weather and I am not one for the heat!
