Recently James Lowe from The IDEA Magazine sat down with one of the very exciting artists on the scene. The following is a written interview we conducted with the artist while they were working on their next CD and Tour. First off

I want to thank you for taking the time out of your busey schedule to talk to us here today, as i know our readers have been requesting us get you in here some how some way. You folks have been described by your fans as internet

sensations in this interview we will attempt to figure out how this artist became such a great performer and what they have going forward.

Do you remember how the idea of forming the band first came up?

Tell us about the name?

DayDay: I Got my name from the streets

What is your latest album and why should people buy it? My album title Rewrite my life its a raw,fun and prowerful album freaturing M.beezie, Shee (singer) and production by sparkz the trackman, don coda and ranfpol county

How would you categorize the style of the band? Rap

Can you share with us one or two of your favorite moments with the band?

Does the entire band contribute to the writing process? nope just the beat and me

How important do you rate the lyrical side of your albums?

DayDay: I rate it a 7 I think you gotta be in this game lyrical on at least one of your songs.

What are your current tour plans, if any?

DayDay Nope however if you ever come to one of my shows

Describe your live performance?

DayDay: Hype and mellow

Tell us about your thoughts on your local music scene?

DayDay: rapper’s lantana just sign to rca records, sylver karet runs with yo gotti cocaine music and then there’s me DayDay sign to Hoopla World Wide

Why do you think people are into your music?

DayDay: The Realness, just check out my video call “Sexual Monster part 1”

What is the most played track on your iTunes?

Black monks secrets of the hidden temple

What is your most cherished musical object?

DayDay: My monitors

Do you have go-to album on a rainy day?

DayDay: No I just pull out the paper and pen

First band t-shirt you ever purchased at a concert?

DayDay: None

Last record you purchased?

Kanye west last album

If for some reason you lost the ability to make and play music, what would fill that gap?

DayDay: I dont know

Would there be any one band or musician that would surprise us that you are listening to them?

DayDay: Yea the band perry

How has Social Networking (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) impacted your band?

DayDay: Man it give the indie a big ass voice! youtube to the keys from mtv as I-tunes toke the keys from the gate keeper of distrubution.
