This artist – Marla Mase has just released her new remastered track, “8:30” on Friday. It comes ahead of her 9th album, Infinite They Went, set to drop this Friday, 1/31. See full details in the press release below on the track.
She’s toured in the UK 3 times, and plans to return again in late February for a couple live shows. She’s also toured in Europe and China.
Marla is also a critically acclaimed actress, having co-wrote and co-starred in a play with her 89-year-old father along the US east coast.

Native Brookynite, Marla Mase, is a powerhouse of talent, energy and perseverance. She has lived in NYC her entire life, became a mother, a successful entrepreneur as well as an accomplished playwright, actress, recording artist and record label executive. In 2009, she met True Groove Records Founder & CEO Tomás Doncker and would later become the COO of the Brooklyn-based label. Since then, she has recorded and released 9 albums with True Groove and toured throughout the US, the UK, Europe and China.
