Elle, a talented and aspiring artist, was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, to Chilean parents who fled the turmoil of dictatorship in the mid-70s. Growing up as the middle child in a close-knit family of five, Elle’s life has been shaped by her vibrant Chilean heritage and Canadian upbringing. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Elle developed a love for storytelling and creativity early on. At just 10 years old, her gift for writing earned her a coveted spot at a Young Writers Conference. By 14, she discovered her passion for tango dancing and visual arts—pursuits she continues to explore today. Elle’s art reflects a deep connection to her multicultural roots, her love of travel, and her appreciation for the world’s beauty. A devoted mother and wife, Elle currently resides in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband, U.S. Army veteran Major Eric Vance, their young son, and their loyal dog. By day, she’s a dedicated stay-at-home mom; by night, she pours her heart into her artistic aspirations, creating works that resonate with her journey and inspire others.
