Billings, MT (September 23, 2021) Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship<\/strong> (BKFC), The World\u2019s Fastest Growing Sport<\/em>, has announced their highly anticipated debut event in the State of Montana on Saturday, October 9<\/strong> at the First Interstate Arena<\/strong> in Billings, broadcast live on the BKFC TV App <\/strong>in addition to globally on FITE.TV<\/a> (8:00 p.m. ET \/ 5:00 p.m. PT).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BKFC Fight Night Montana <\/strong>is headlined by a Middleweight Showdown between Joe \u2018Diesel\u2019 Riggs,<\/strong> of Phoenix, AZ and Melvin \u2018The Young Assassin\u2019 Guillard<\/strong>, fighting out of Denver, CO. Advance tickets priced from $150 to $40 can be purchased at www.MetraPark.com<\/a> or by using this LINK.<\/a> The First Interstate Arena is located at 308 6th Avenue North, Billings, MT 59101. Doors will open on the night of the event at 5:00 p.m. local time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Riggs heads into battle with Guillard following a controversially stopped world title battle with BKFC World Champion Hector Lombard at BKFC-18 on June 26, 2021. The fight was stopped by the ringside physician in the fourth round after Riggs was jabbed in the eye by Lombard and deemed unable to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Former UFC standout Guillard looks for his first victory in BKFC after challenging Harris Stephenson at BKFC 20 on August 20, 2021. Guillard was contentiously disqualified for continuing to fight after dropping Stephenson to the canvas despite no additional blows landing on the fallen opponent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-featured and fighting in the women\u2019s flyweight division, Christine \u2018Misfit\u2019 Ferea<\/strong>, (3-1, 3 KOs), of Las Vegas, NV clashes with BKFC debuting Calista Silgado<\/strong> of Santiago de Tolu, Colombia. Ferea hits the squared circle following a knockout victory over Calie Cutler at BKFC-12 on September 11, 2020. Silgado impressed the BKFC brass at the recent company tryouts held in Fort Lauderdale, FL and has also fought in thirty-five professional boxing matches over a ten-year span against world class competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Popular fan favorite Tom Shoaff<\/strong>, (2-3, 2 KOs), of Schaumburg, IL faces BKFC debuting Josh \u2018Tha Prodigy\u2019 Wright<\/strong> of Montana in the lightweight division. Shoaff looks to capitalize on his first-round stoppage of Nathan Mitchell on April 30, 2021 at BKFC-17 while Wright looks for a hometown victory in his first entry into bare-knuckle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also fighting in the women\u2019s flyweight division, All-Action Standout, Taylor \u2018Killa Bee\u2019 Starling<\/strong>, (2-0, 1 KO), of Clover, South Carolina, faces off against Randine Elkholm<\/strong>, (0-1), of Washington State. The 25-year-old Starling, one of the most exciting fighters in the sport, stole the show at BKFC-19 with a brutal first round knockout of Cassie Robb on July 23, 2021 in Tampa, FL. Prior to that victory, in February 2021 at \u2018KnuckleMania\u2019, Starling won a unanimous decision over Charisa Sigala. Elkholm looks for her first BKFC win following a hotly contested clash with Britain Hart on November 13, 2020 at BKFC-14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
