He became addicted to work in order to escape his painful past. He chased after money and the “perfect life” for all the wrong reasons; he was earning six figures each week, throwing lavish parties and going wherever in the world he wanted. He was miserable. His not so perfect world finally collapsed and he hit rock bottom. It was silence that healed him.
