With a new release every month, Spence’s latest project, the Blackbird Sessions perfectly fuses country-pop production with sophisticated indie storytelling. The most recent release from the project, “Just A Memory,” fuses country stylistic songwriting with a foot-tapping indie-rock groove, while the project’s debut track “I Want You To” emulates all the comfort and feel-good vibes we need for this Fall season.
Drawing inspiration from artists like John Mayer and Eric Church, Spence has secured his own unique indie-alt sound amidst the hustle and bustle of the Nashville pop-country scene – fully equipped with his boundless creativity and indie city groove.
I’ve attached additional info on Spence below as well as the mp3 of “Just A Memory.”
